Staff Roles At LACDC

Maintenance Staff
As a member of our maintenance team, you'll ensure that our facility remains clean, safe, and well-maintained. Your efforts will help create a welcoming and secure environment for our children, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include routine cleaning, facility upkeep, minor repairs, and safety checks. If you have an eye for detail and pride yourself on maintaining a clean, safe space, we’d love to hear from you.

Cook/Kitchen Staff
Our kitchen staff is responsible for preparing nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs of the children in our care. A strong focus on food safety and cleanliness is essential. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every meal is wholesome and well-balanced, promoting the health and well-being of all the children. Previous experience in food service or meal preparation for children is preferred.

Teachers with Credentials
Our teaching staff is the heart of our daycare. We are looking for qualified, passionate, and caring teachers to join our team. If you hold a degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, and or experience in teaching young children, we would love to meet you. You will create and implement engaging lesson plans, provide guidance and support, and help foster an environment where children feel safe, respected, and inspired to learn.
